2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate shown at checkout.
• Payment: Full payment for your trip is collected in advance at the time of booking, immediately after you select your vehicle and travel date. Payments are processed securely in US Dollars (USD) via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Al Kiswah Umrah Transport does not store your full card number on our servers.
• Merchant of Record: Card charges for online bookings are processed under the name "Kiswah Transport LLC" — this is the registered US entity that operates our online payment system. You will see this name on your card or bank statement rather than "Al Kiswah."
• Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp once payment is processed and your reservation is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

Al Kiswah Umrah Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
