Cancellations by You

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup: full refund.
• Cancel 24–48 hours before pickup: a 25% cancellation fee applies; the remaining amount is refunded.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: non-refundable.

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, in USD (the same currency as your original charge). Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Trip Changes by Us

If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking (vehicle unavailability, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost. If your driver does not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, contact us immediately for a full refund or a replacement vehicle.
